City Business and Tax License
GENERAL BUSINESS LICENSE: All businesses operating in Evans must apply to the City for a Business & Sales Tax License. Even businesses that do not sell anything tangible need to obtain the license. The licensing procedure insures that the City has current emergency notification information and that the area is properly zoned for that particular business activity. HOME OCCUPATION CERTIFICATE: If you operate your business from your home, you must also submit with your Business and Sales Tax License Application, a home occupation certificate. Click on the link below for this form.
