Sales Tax Forms

Sales tax and Excise tax forms are due on or before the last business day of the month
following the month in which the sale occurred.

Sales Tax form submissions are due each month, following the month of the business activity.

Excise Tax Form

Businesses that sell alcohol and/or tobacco products use this form to submit their Excise tax which are due each month, following the month of the business activity.

Senior Sales Tax Exempt Application

Senior citizens, 65 years old+ are eligible for Sales tax exemption per Municipal code: 4.04.120
