Welcome to the official webpage of the “City of Friendly People.”
Our city is one of the oldest communities located in the southwest quadrant of Muskegon County, just a 10 minute drive from the shores of beautiful Lake Michigan. Our close-knit community is the proud home of just over 10,000 residents as well as national and internationally recognized businesses. Once a manufacturing community, we are excited about the possibility for re-development and growth. I hope that as you navigate through our website you are able to find useful information and resources. The City of Muskegon Heights is a full service community, come and visit with the friendly staff at City Hall.
Business hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Thank you for your virtual visit to the City of Muskegon Heights.

Pot places to be open at 10 PM. How low can they go?

Midnight, is that safe to do?

Don't understand why people are getting raises when our city is falling apart

New Business Agenda G3 to extend pot facilities hours to 10 PM. Does the city need their money that bad? Where is the 2023 city budget?

Why public comments has to be about agenda items only? Why can't public comments be about issues and concerns individuals may have that's not on the agenda?

Elected officals wasting time speaking about a Festival instead of addressing the real issues and concerns of the Tax Payer and Residents of this of this City.

When are they going to address economic issues that are destroying the city?

WOW 😲

Never

Wow!!!!!!

Speak The Truth 💯
