Stow tax ordinance requires any individual 18 years of age or older domiciled in or whose usual place of 
abode is in the City of Stow for any portion of the tax year, shall on or before April 15 of each year, make and 
file a tax return with the City of Stow.  This is a requirement even if NO TAX IS DUE.
