The Secretary of State’s new Charity and Business Filing System is only available to Charities and Athlete Agents. Business filings are expected to be added in late 2023.
The Tennessee Secretary of State's office and all its divisions will be closed Monday, Sept. 4, in observance of Labor Day. We will resume regular hours on Tuesday, Sept. 5.
