On December       71,2O2t,  qualified voters  ofthe  Village of Plaucheville approved   a 1% Sales  and
Use Tax applicable      within the Village of Plaucheville. This  new tax rate becomes    effective on
April L,2O22, making    the   Village of  Plaucheville rate increase by 1%.

The new   breakdown for the       Village of Plaucheville tax rate in Avoyelles Parish is indicated
below:

The above rate    is Local  Sales and Use  Tax ONLY    and does   not reflect the sales and use taxes
levied  by the    State of Louisiana.

Your new tax      form will be modified   to provide for reporting the revised  tax rate.  Until then,
you can continue to use       the old forms you have   on hand, just  make the necessary   adjustment  in
Column  H by changing      itftom  4.25%  lo 5.25%.

This department   will continue    to administer all local  sales tax within Avoyelles. Dealers who   are
presently  registered   with the  Parish  of Avoyelles Sales  and Use Tax Department    will continue to
use their  present re8istration  number      and report all sales and use taxes levied  in Avoyelles
Parish  on one consolidated    form.

Please  use the proper column when reporting your taxes         on this form.
