Municipalities: Ascension Parish has three municipalities.  Gonzales (Column A) and Sorrento (Column B) are on the east side of the Mississippi 
River.  Donaldsonville (Column D) is on the west side of the Mississippi River.   Both the Cities of Gonzales and Donaldsonville include a smaller 
special district that is located within their respective city limits.  Gonzales has Tanger Mall Development District (Column G) and Donaldsonville has 
its annexed area (Column H).  Transactions that take place in these special districts should be reported under their respective columns. 
 
Unincorporated Areas (Rural):  Transactions that take place outside of the three municipalities should be reported under Column C or E.  Column C 
is for reporting transactions on the east of the Mississippi River and Column E is for reporting transactions on the west side of the Mississippi River.
