The Secretary of State’s new Charity and Business Filing System is only available to Charities, Athlete Agents and Fantasy Sports Operators. Business filings are expected to be added in late 2023.
The Tennessee Secretary of State's office and all its divisions will be closed Monday, May 29, in observance of Memorial Day. We will resume regular hours on Tuesday, May 30.
