Starting the evening of July 17, 2023 there will be an additional non-refundable credit card payment processing fee of 2.5% added to the filing total.

If you do not wish to pay the fee, you may submit filings via mail with a check or money order.  You may also pay in person at the Carson office with cash, check or money order, or at the N. Las Vegas office via check or money order in the drop-box. No cash accepted at N. Las Vegas location, as the lobby is closed to the public.

Please be aware that Commercial Recordings will not be accepting 1 or 2 hour expedites until further notice. Notification will be provided when service is restored.
