The Louisiana Workforce Commission (LWC) has an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) System for the payment of Louisiana State Unemployment Taxes.

An employer, in a format specified by LWC generates the ACH Credit Transaction.
The employer absorbs the cost.

LWC's EFT System is totally separate from the electronic funds transfer system utilized by the Louisiana Department of Revenue and Taxation.

The EFT System is available to all employers for payment of unemployment taxes and reimbursable charges, whether timely or delinquent.

Upon receipt of your EFT Authorization Agreement, an instruction packet will be issued to your office.
