A business license is a license issued to a person conducting business activity within the city or any person or business having a privilege tax or use tax license listing Apache Junction per city code §8-2-3(A). The fee for a Business License is $50. An application must be approved along with the fee paid before a business may lawfully engage in business in the City of Apache Junction.
