Please use the below tax returns to submit any taxes due to the City of Apache Junction from the period of July 2007 through December 31, 2016.  Also, please ensure you list the business name, address, license number, reporting period and the codes for any deductions you may take on page 2. Please refer to the Tax Return Instructions for general information. Please call if you have specific questions.

• Fillable Tax Return for taxes before September 1, 2010.
• Fillable Tax Return for taxes beginning September 1, 2010.
• Fillable Tax Return for taxes beginning July 1, 2011.
• Fillable Tax Return for taxes beginning March 1, 2015.
• Fillable Tax Return for taxes beginning January 1, 2016, to December 31, 2016.
