The City of Paris Combined Utilities hereby gives notice that the water treatment plant will be switching its disinfectant to free chlorine beginning 3/4/2024 and returning to chloramines on 3/18/2024.

High/Main Street Project Update
Per the State Contact on 2/13/2024
The contractor has been provided punch list items from the State and the work and inspections will continue into the Spring. Surface paving of Main and High St. is anticipated to be executed in Spring of 2024. Final striping will occur once the surface is complete.
Transfer Station Project Update
The City received four bids for the Transfer Station Relocation.
The bid results all came in above budget.
Design changes have been made to the project. The bid has been republished and will be open on 2/21/24.
