Some forms do require test cases. Those forms are designated on our site as Scan Line Required and their links will take you to a landing page that includes test cases, specifications, and examples of the final version of the forms.
When submitting test cases, all test cases for the same form should be combined into one PDF. For example, if you are submitting a 1065V and an 1120CDP, include all five test cases for the 1065V in one PDF, and all five test cases for the 1120CDP in another PDF.
Forms that contain 2D barcodes should also follow these guidelines.
