Important Note 
 
 Today, besides Adobe Reader, there are a number of applications that 
 allow you to view PDF documents. Examples include the PDF readers 
 integrated with Chrome and Firefox browsers, Foxit and  apps  for  the 
 iPad and Android tablets.  
  
 The Ohio Department of Taxation has designed and tested the  IT 
 1040, IT 1040EZ and SD 100 PDF fill-in tax forms to ensure a 2013 tax 
 return can be completed using common PDF document applications. 
  
 To ensure timely processing of your returns, please do not reduce the 
 size, rotate or center your return when printing. 
  
 Notes regarding tablets and mobile devices: 
  1.  iPad: Screen presentation issues have been observed on Apple products, 
  but do not seem to impact the completion of the tax return.   
  2.  Android: Please  ensure your  tablet has  the latest version of Adobe 
  Reader. If you experience stability issues, complete the tax return on a 
  Windows PC or print the form and manually complete the return. 

 If you encounter issues, please try the following: 
  
  1.  Save the file to your local hard drive/device. 
  2.  Ensure that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader for your device. 
  3.  If using a tablet/mobile device, open the file on a Windows PC with Adobe 
  Reader or Adobe Pro version 11. 
  4.  Adobe Reader is available for free, and you can download it at:
